By purchasing a Strong Tower Gaming Convention badge you agree to abide by the rules and policies set by the Strong Tower Gaming Convention and the Milwaukee Marriott West. If you have questions, please ask a staff member. Strong Tower Gaming Convention reserves the right to revoke the badge(s) of any guest(s) at any time for any reason.
Strong Tower Gaming Convention is a harassment free zone and will not tolerate harassment of any kind. If you feel uncomfortable in any situation, please notify a member of Event Staff. We will protect your right to feel safe at our event and will investigate any situation, taking appropriate action. We welcome Guests of all genders, sexualities, ethnicities, religions, abilities, ages, and experiences. Inclusion has always been and always will be a core value at Strong Tower Gamers. Everyone has a seat at our table.

Strong Tower Gaming Convention definition of harassment may not necessarily align with legal definitions of harassment. Harassment includes: Verbal or written comments or displayed images that harmfully reinforce structures of oppression (related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, geographic origin, or class) deliberate intimidation stalking body policing (including gender policing in all bathrooms) unwelcome photography or recording sustained disruption of talks or other events inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Exhibitors in the Vendors Room, Volunteers, and Con Staff are also subject to the anti-harassment policy.
Children 10 and under are free to attend Strong Tower Gaming Convention but must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times. However, anyone, of any age, wishing to register to play games will require a paid convention badge in order to register for any scheduled events or games.
Strong Tower Gaming Convention has Event Staff who are here to help everyone have a good convention experience. Please give them the respect they deserve as they work in conjunction Event Center Hotel Staff and Security. Event Staff will be identified by wearing Strong Tower shirts, and clearly labeled Staff Badges, and will most easily be located at Convention Registration and the Ballroom/aka Board Game Room (1st Floor off the main lobby).
Event Staff will cooperate with local law enforcement and guests are expected to follow all local laws and policies.
Please note, while surrounding states have de-criminalized the use of marijuana on various levels, Wisconsin has not at this time.
Weapons are not allowed in the convention space at any time. All prop or replica weapons must be cleared by Event Staff. If you purchase a weapon from one of our Vendors, the item must remain in your hotel room or vehicle for the remainder of the convention.
Flyers are not to be distributed outside of the convention space, and are not to be posted on sleeping room doors, in any public restrooms, or handed out to convention guests while engaged in events. A table near registration will be available for flyers and other announcements.
Milwaukee Marriott West policy states that no outside food or beverage is allowed in the meeting rooms or convention space.
Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only, and includes both traditional cigarettes as well as vaping items. Please keep public areas clean by using appropriate receptacles to dispose of your cigarettes.
As an attendee of the Strong Tower Gaming Convention, you allow photography to be taken of you by the event staff for future use in publication or advertising. If you DO NOT wish to have your photo taken, please see a member of the Strong Tower Gaming Convention Registration Staff.
In consideration of everyone's comfort we must limit the presence of our furry friends to licensed, certified service animals only in the convention spaces.
The Marriott is a large hotel and we are not the only guests present. Please be courteous to your fellow gamers and non-gamers alike. You never know when curiosity could blossom into a new hobby.
